The University of Illinois Chicago complies with the Illinois Sex Offender Registration Act (730 ILCS 150), which requires all sex offenders employed by or attending an institution of higher education to register with public safety or security director of the intuition of higher education.
In compliance with this Act, any student, faculty or staff member who is required to register as a sex offender must register in person within three days of beginning classes or employment at the University of Illinois Chicago Police Department.
Those that are required to register will complete the form below in person Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. -3 p.m., or by appointment.
- Complete the Institutions of Higher Education Employment/Student Information Form
- Submit state identification card
